When I went inside to pay, I explained... read more I felt taken advantage of during my last visit. I ordered a club meal with added mac and cheese, but the price was wrong. When I went inside to pay, I explained the issue to the manager, who assured me that he would issue a refund and resolve the matter. However, when I received my credit card bill, I discovered that I was still overcharged. One meal certainly isn’t supposed to cost nearly $20 just because I added mac and cheese instead of fries. It felt like I was lied to as a customer. To make matters worse, the cashier charged me again after the manager had issued the refund. This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've had in Jacksonville.

Instead, I received a polite yet dismissive reply, with staff suggesting I try another place and implying my concerns were overstated. Well done, management!
