The experience we had our first time here will keep us coming back. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Jordan, our server, took very good care of us. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Still others visited us to bring more of our order and clear the table, making sure we were pleased and comfortable. Love the Teamwork! What Wendstini doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse:
The hostess tried to sit 5 of us adults, with elderly people in a booth, when we requested for a table set up, it seemed to be a trouble. The restaurant was empty at 5 pm. They dropped our utensil set up, and didnt bring another set back. We had to ask several times and finally got up to get our own when the food arrived. Had mediocre/bad experiences here before. Nikita was amazing today and made up for the other times. Good food. Good suggestions.
Wasn't impressed manager did hit best to rectify it but service was severely lacking.

Had to follow up on our bar drinks initially as one of the guest already had their soup and salad. server was sweet but all in all, it was horrible.
