I had a great first experience and back for more. Someday I'll go deeper into the menu but the fish platter is so damn tasty you only need to mix up the sides! I've seen reviews where the staff was mean. I have only experienced friendly and pleasant service. This is a small business that deserves to survive and thrive! View all feedback.

Ok it's 9:52 am. My load is early (of course) I got time to kill and this is my only option. I'm walking from 2009 Elmwood to this eatery. Hope the food is worth the walk. Info just found out.....There closed on Tuesday Maybe another day....Dam!!!
There was a long wait, order ahead. The food was great and felt like good ol' home cooking. A Texan Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
I had fried chicken w/yams and greens w/a side of baked macaroni and banana pudding for dessert. Everything was amazing. Be prepared to wait if you don't order ahead. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Ordered two surprise bags and got two full fried chicken meals with sides. So nice and unexpected!
