Once-reliable neighborhood takeout is showing signs of decline: portions have shrunk with meat scarce amid excess rice, orders sometimes arrive undercooked, and large deliveries lack sufficient condiments. Service is inconsistent—some staff friendly, others rude or unresponsive by phone—while rushed kitchen prep produces uneven quality. Until management improves portioning, cooking consistency, and staff training, loyal customers may look elsewhere.

The restaurant has had different owners, and unfortunately, they are very rude! The food is awful, too—I've even received rotten chicken wings with hair on them! Years ago, when a tall and pleasant-looking gentleman was working there, the food was delicious and he treated all the customers with respect. I really miss him! He provided excellent customer service!
Food is on point every time. My daughters love the chicken wings and the egg rolls. Front desk guy is always nice and pleasant when we go. Great overall
These people are SO RUDE! Every question I asked came with a short response and attitude. Why am I paying for your food and you acting like I'm bothering you! #horrible customer service
