Dunkin 's worst establishment..EVER. I cannot stress the negative impact this store has left me. A total waste of your time and money. The service girls are literally clueless with giving any reasonable amount of good service. I made myorder clear and well known at the speaker, yet I still had to explain it to them SIX MORE TIMES.. AND...yet they still got itwrong, oh so very wrong and the worst part is ..there was only 2 items! No special orders.. nothing over the top... just a Trainwreck of an experience. Whomever though these girls could be left in charge of a food business and assumed to make responsibleand cognitive decisions was clearly mistaken. I seen and heard all the confusion in that kitchen through the drive-thru window Iwas tempted to just drive off, but I exclaimed...REPEATEDLY... if you don 't know how to make my order...just give me a icecoffee.. They finally said NO... we can do it Um..how hard is it to make a ice latté and a breakfast sandwich(which wasbarely cooked,Like cold and UNTOASTED?...now come on Really!? Apparently...waaay too difficult for that bunch. I 'm done withthis place.. Can I give a NEGATIVE STARTS rating?

I ordered a Lg. Pumpkin Spice with cream only. What I got was a Lg. Warm cup of MUDDY WATER!!So, here I sit, out of my $2.85 NO COFFEE!!! I am not wasting gas to go back, but I am so angry right now. I stopped going tothis location for a reason and they ABSOLUTELY confirmed WHY! Steer clear of this dump! It is a black eye on the Dunkin'reputation.

The staff are friendly and polite, the pumpkin donut was fresh and delicious...all the trays of donuts were full with fresh donuts around 10:30 am...and the cold brew foamed pumpkincoffee...the best! ...and I got it with skim milk, sugar and foam....they made it just right! By far, the BEST Dunkin Donutsaround...just like the olden days of Dunkin Donuts...when everything was fresh and had overall polite service! I will be back!!

I had an issue on Tuesday and when I went to call the number listed for it was no longer in service. I proceeded to call corporate and that service was just as badas their drive-through service. So the company really needs to rethink the direction they're going in in stores and corporateoffices as well. I will be disabling the Duncan app as soon as my balance is used up. Looks like Starbucks has a new loyalcustomer

I stated multiple items on the menu which the cashier should have known???1 Boston Cream, 2 Chocolate Frosted, 1 Cinnamon Raisin toasted twice forgetting my hash browns because I have stated my order 3 to 4 times and they stillmessed it up!!!!!! Try to call the number on the receipt it?s disconnected.
