Great breakfast and lunch options at affordable prices. The atmosphere is themed with James Dean memorabilia and makes for a must stop destination. The staff were incredible friendly and genuine. You have to stop here is passing by! View all feedback.

This restaurant is amazing! The interior resembles a charming diner, and the food is absolutely delicious (and I've had my fair share of bland diner food). The staff, especially Kris, are wonderful people - we had a lovely conversation with her before hitting the road again. I didn't even realize it at first, but once we walked in, I remembered it as the same place we always stopped at during our trips to the coast when I was a child. You won't be disappointed with the food, I guarantee it. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, so make sure to arrive before 1 pm. We ordered the BLT and two chicken enchiladas with beans and rice. Next time, we'll make sure to come early enough to enjoy breakfast (they stop serving breakfast at 11 am).

We love coming here in the way home or too the beach from Bakersfield. All their food is really good but you must try their biscuits and Gravy and their pies!

If you're traveling from Los Angeles to Monterey, this restaurant is a great gastronomic choice along the way. There aren't many dining options along Route 46, but this one is top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We ordered the Burrito Era, which was a generous portion that easily could have fed three or four people. The kids enjoyed their quesadillas and fries. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of free parking available. If you enjoy independent, family-friendly diners, this is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat.
