Best drive-thru toasted sandwiches and sides! Stopped here on a road trip for some lunch and ordered a grilled ham cheese, a chicken strip sandwich and some fries and potato salad. Everything was freshly made and deliciously toasted and crispy. So glad we gave this family-owned business a try. It was a much needed upgrade over the fast food chains and the prices were very reasonable.
Experience at this restaurant for lunch was wonderful. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food was excellent, receiving a rating of 5. The service was also top-notch, earning a score of 5. Additionally, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very enjoyable, receiving a perfect rating of 5.
Stopped in off the highway and was pleasantly surprised! They had chicken and dumplings as a special for the very cold day and it was just like my mom’s. The fried okra was crispy not soggy, and the homemade cookies were a nice touch. If you’re traveling this is a great place to stop. They were very quick as well and even have a drive through.
