I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff at the front counter were quite rude, and I felt disrespected when they tossed my change at me. I won’t be returning, and it's no surprise that this place isn’t busy while other restaurants nearby are. The manager didn't even bother to address my concerns. I plan to reach out to the store's management because this establishment really needs to improve.

I’ve had several issues at this restaurant. Recently, I experienced problems with incorrect deliveries on two occasions. Orders take an incredibly long time to arrive, and there’s no apology for the delays. The last delivery took over an hour, and management didn’t offer any compensation. I even had to call twice to check on my order.

I spent the whole day craving a ham turkey sub, complete with salad and tomatoes—everything that makes #11 so great! When I finally got it, it was just as delicious as I remembered! So, definitely swing by and grab your own favorites!

I pulled up, ordered two blts, and the guy ?John? said that it would be cheaper to just get a giant blt so I did, and when I pulled up to pay I asked him what would the cost of just two regular blts be? And for some reason he struggled to answer that, closed the door on me and I could see through the window him humfing and puffing and then didn?t even answer my question, which isn?t even a hard one? And then he told me it would be $5 something, so I didn?t even save! I saw him running out to his car cause he left and a different guy had to give me my food. Just poor attitude.
