We found a hair in the custard and went to the counter. The attendant went back to the person who was preparing the dessert and we heard a visible “cool, awesome” and got a new flavor of the day and a refund. I’m sure the kid was being sarcastic, but that was a disgusting remark and we almost alerted the manager. Very disappointing.
