Pa... read more Went to this location and ordered a meal. Culver's deluxe no may no tomato along with order of cheese curds. Ordered and then proceeded to the paying window. Paid then waited. Food came to me and I quickly checked to make sure NO MAYO NO TOMATO...and sure enough boom mayo and tomato. I flagged an employee down and said my order was wrong. He brought it in to get fixed. I waited and then a employee came out and handed me my fixed order...I checked and guess what MAYO and TOMATO on it again... I was like really!?!?! I said I will park I am going inside. I told the manager the deal. I also asked for a new order of cheese curds which they did as mine were cold by now. The manager gave me a coupon for next time...... I was like OK this is fair/reasonable. A week later I decided to use the coupon same order I requested NO MAYO NO TOMATO .......guess what MAYO and TOMATO on my burger I was like I am done with the place and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST UNREAL SIMPLE REQUESTS AND YET FAIL FAIL AND FAIL

The dining area was cle... read more The staff at the restaurant were friendly and great to talk to. They were efficient in their work, and the drive-thru service was quick. The dining area was clean and well-organized, allowing for comfortable movement even during busy periods while ordering and dining. The fountain drink area is a bit tight, so be prepared to wait a little while filling your drinks. The location is convenient, right off a major road. Although there is some construction happening now, it should be easy to access once it's finished. My onion rings were slightly stale, as if they had been left out for some time, but my burger was fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and definitely plan to return for more.

However, I’m giving it three stars because during my... read more The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and puts in a lot of effort to get your food to you promptly. However, I’m giving it three stars because during my last three visits, when I ordered a Concrete Mixer, they only included one of the toppings I requested and paid for, instead of the two I asked for. If they happen to run out of a topping, I can understand that, but I would appreciate better communication regarding it. I do plan on returning!
