They made my burrito with a hair in it the first time I came here and the second time they made my burrito without heating up the shell. I confronted them reasonably about not heating up my shell and they told me they don?t have a microwave to do that and acted like that?s a new idea to warm up a burrito shell. People are so bad here. I would eat somewhere else! Anywhere else!

Parking can be a hassle because of the size and complicated layout. The venue is spacious. I felt sorry for the young woman who took my order; it seemed like she was the only one at that station, even though there were at least five other employees present. For some reason, they were positioned at both ends of the order line. The place didn't appear to be particularly busy. The queue leading to the order station is relatively short. The order process was efficient. I’ll see if I have a better experience next time.

They only offer mobile ordering, so I went inside to wait and found the place to be extremely dirty and unappealing. After 30 minutes, we finally received our food, but the chips and queso we ordered had a chunky consistency that looked unappetizing. When we brought this up, the staff member was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care at all. They continued to serve the same quality without any concern. I won't be returning. It was a terrible experience at Chipotle.

There's really no way to eat them other than with a fork. A burrito should be self-contained in a tortilla, right? I've also raised concerns multiple times about the cleanliness of the restaurant, but nothing seems to have changed. It appears that management doesn't care. This place is far from what you would expect from a "Chipotle," and it doesn't meet their standards. Honestly, it should be shut down! I'm surprised no one has gotten sick.
