Totally a disappointing experience. Bought two snack plate sets for takeaway and the staff 'AUNI ' forget to properly took note on my request. I said no breast part yet, I got 4 chicken breast. Drinks served without ice, no sauce packets, no spoon and tissue set, and no coleslaw too. What kind of service is this? View all feedback.
This KFC is quite clean. It's important to check the sauce counter as it can be a bit creepy. The washing area is not very clean. The service is okay, very fast, and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The new ghost trap is pretty good.

On Monday, September 12th, I would like to give lots of credit to the manager and his team at this restaurant. They provided quick responses when I asked about a variety of dishes, whether they were available or not. As a pregnant woman, I naturally have a lot of questions, and I appreciate their patience and attentiveness towards me and my companion. Thank you for making our dining experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Order using self collect via kfc apps but they said to pick up after 15 minutes. But my order did not ready in timely manner. I have to wait another 10 minutes for the preparation. Plus they did not take note on the request.
1 of the staff not friendly,cannot choose chicken part..really dissapointed
