I visited this restaurant over the weekend and had a great experience. The staff, particularly the two young ladies working there, were very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. What User doesn't like about Picnic Basket Delicatessen:
Debated whether this was a very good or an excellent ... the sandwiches WERE very good. But this is a place I'd hate for you to drive by if you don't have to; adjacent to the deli are shops with indelibly local articles (like local, hands-on yarn) and fish gear if that's what you're doing. We took our sandwiches to Crater Lake, bought an excellent brownie to go with them. View all feedback.
I'm here for the sandwiches and I have to say this is my new favorite sandwich place! You have to try the turkey pesto sandwich!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is excellent. It has a charming, small-town atmosphere.
I've been enjoying this place for 20 years and it's as good as the first day I stopped in. Angie and the girls always do a great job. Very much worth the money! Best sandwiches in the area
Great place to pick up lunch before or after fishing or heading to crater lake. Friendly service and great food.
