If I could put 0 stars I would!!! Dirty non-functioning room even the vine didn't work and after talking with K Niko he replied that I create bad feng sui (TRAGIC)!!!!!

Extremely unfriendly and incompetent staff in the restaurant. Didn’t serve half the ordered things and then never arrived after mentioning it. Service: 1 Location: 2

We haven't met a more mentally ill owner. Because we asked him for the receipt from the food we ate and he didn't cut it, he threatened us, found us, spat on us with threats of bodily harm and all this in front of my children. Don't let anyone step into this store again.

Food drinks: My review is related to the restaurant portion, food was really tasty. Service was very friendly and prompt. Surprised it was more quiet considering the quality of food and service but think it is due to its location being at the end of the strip. Would recommend, and worth the extra walk.

The rooms and the views are nice but the RUDE owner is in the wrong business. He did not bother to welcome us and turned his back when we were settling the bill after 5 nights. I said good bye and he did not have the courtesy to turn around. We got the same breakfast every day (2 fried greasy eggs, tomato and bread). On day 3 when we asked to change it to yoghurt or even a boiled egg and it was a hard ‘NO breakfast is standard’. Cleaning of the room was not satisfactory either. Luckily, every other restaurant and shop we went to in Loutro was a very nice experience. Staff were attentive and friendly as one would expect.
