Beautiful discovery that this establishment specializes in meats! the decor is neat, the warm terrace, the welcoming and friendly staff. At the entrance, the meat maturation cellar gives the tone. We have tasted kobe beef ham and txuleta beef copold in entry, all in delicateness and subtlety of taste. Then, the cashew nut was delicious, accompanied by chimichurri, this tasty condiment. prices are justified by the high quality of the cooked products. It is also noted, an exceptional wine cellar. A nice moment to repeat. Conquis! meat lovers, don't hesitate!

Stopped off in Seyssins on the way to the alps. Txuleta happened to be nearby so we wandered over and had a look at the menu. A bit of Google Translate helped. Amuse Bouche of cold pea pure and cured meat was great on a hot evening. Filet Steak was cooked to perfection as requested and the brisket was probably better than anything I'd had in the USA (where they like their brisket). It was a lot of meat, but it never felt too much or heavy, and the side dishes and sauces were fresh and zingy. Lovely desert (Paris Brest), never had one before but it seemed fitting as we were on our way to cycle in the Alps. I'd have no problem coming back here or recommending it to anyone. A fantastic relaxed evening with great service. I though the for the quality of the food and drink, the price was very reasonable.

Restaurant to be discovered for those who love good meat. It's all good. House purée, roasted carrots with lemon, sauces...

MERCI for this unusual moment! In the entrance we took The beautiful hams: Culatello House Spigaroli, Black from Bigorre, Pata Negra bellota. These three raw hams are all better than others. The chef advised us to share Mirandaise's fake-file, 60 days of maturation and the Aubrac Filet with 45 days of maturation. We rediscovered the meat, we did not know that it could be exceptional at this point. Very good advice from Madame at the service because we were undecided. The chief also took the time to explain a multitude of things to us, on maturations among others. We perceive knowledge and passion for his profession. We will come back to taste other exceptional dishes, the coasts in particular!!
