Stopped off in Seyssins on the way to the alps. Txuleta happened to be nearby so we wandered over and had a look at the menu. A bit of Google Translate helped. Amuse Bouche of cold pea pure and cured meat was great on a hot evening. Filet Steak was cooked to perfection as requested and the brisket was probably better than anything I'd had in the USA (where they like their brisket). It was a lot of meat, but it never felt too much or heavy, and the side dishes and sauces were fresh and zingy. Lovely desert (Paris Brest), never had one before but it seemed fitting as we were on our way to cycle in the Alps. I'd have no problem coming back here or recommending it to anyone. A fantastic relaxed evening with great service. I though the for the quality of the food and drink, the price was very reasonable.

We have tasted kobe beef ham and txuleta beef copold in entry, all in delicateness and subtlety of taste. Then, the cashew nut was delicious, accompanied by chimichurri, this tasty condiment. prices are justified by the high quality of the cooked products. It is also noted, an exceptional wine cellar.
