This review is focused solely on the manager and not representative of the entire restaurant. The manager's behavior was completely uncalled for; she actually hung out of the drive-thru window, shouting and banging on the back of my car because my transaction didn't go through. There are far more professional ways to handle such minor issues, and touching someone's personal belongings is definitely not one of them. Her screaming and dramatic antics were excessive and inappropriate. I was about to pull up to the next window to get my food when this occurred. I truly empathize with the employees who have to work with her. If you’re looking to have a terrible experience, I would recommend visiting this Wendy's during the night shift.
Angel is a dedicated customer service professional who made our family lunch a warm and enjoyable experience. When the soda machine in the lobby broke while we were dining, she kindly helped us obtain extra sodas and condiments since we couldn't access the area due to the water issue. Throughout our visit, she maintained a positive attitude and a smile. Wendy's should take note of her exceptional service! The entire staff was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience, managing to work well together even during the lunch rush in a challenging situation.
I ordered delivery for my family of five through the Wendy's website, but we were missing a $4 breakfast sandwich. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me that I couldn't come in to pick up the missing item and that my only option was to dispute the charge. I thoroughly searched their website but couldn’t find a way to do that. When I called back for help, the manager admitted he didn’t know how to assist me, claiming he didn't have the app. Is this really how Wendy's operates? Charging customers while failing to fulfill orders and then suggesting we dispute the charge without providing a clear way to do so feels like theft. We plan to reach out to the district manager tomorrow, as this isn't the first time we've experienced issues like this. Wendy's needs to seriously improve their service.
The restaurant features a stylish and contemporary interior. Upon sitting down, I noticed the chair was a little sticky, but given that it’s a fast food establishment, that’s not surprising. The food was quite impressive—better than what I typically find at comparable places. This was my first visit, and I would definitely return. Overall, I would give it an A-!
The chocolate frosty was quite nice, but the burger left something to be desired. I've been trying to steer clear of fast food recently, but with the time getting late, my choices were limited to this restaurant or the grocery store. The burger felt poorly assembled, and I don't think I'll be ordering it again.
