What Nicole Herzog doesn't like about Pal Joey's Deli:
Pal Joey's has been a long time staple, but the quality has really gone down over the last year or so. I don't think they use the same rolls and half the time they must be days olds because they're stale. Food wasn't even warm and now they upcharge for getting your included sandwich toppings on the side. The experience went from 5 stars to a 2. Rated a 3 for average. View all feedback.
This has always been one of my favorite places to eat, and it was incredible to return to a restaurant I've been enjoying for 20 years. Joey is the greatest of all time!
On August 3, 2024, I've been a fan of Pal Joey's hoagies since they were in Pitman, back when Joey was making them himself and they were some of the best around. Today, I drove over five miles for what I hoped would be a great sandwich, but what I received was a disappointing one with less than half the meat they used to include. It’s a real shame. I won’t be returning again.
Pal Joey's serves the best hoagies in South Jersey! I really wish I could dine here more often.
Just had large hoagie tray for baby shower !! Very good !
Order from here a lot especially with my job went there as a lunch date was kinda disappointed cause they messed up my order twice but not gonna bash them over that it was just 2 females that weren’t paying attention but other then that food is very good
