Sat. 4/13/2024: WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! I paid $17 change for 2 Lg. Ice creams, 1 of them had brownie mixed in it the other was plain. I posted Pics.Let me start with the ice cream here is GREAT when its made by someone that knows what they are doing, if not, well you just wasted $13 on a 1/2 gallon. The customer service.....SUCKS!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! I'm writing this review as I'm sitting here in their parking lot waiting for someone to bring my order out to me. I got here called 8pm I was told it'll be a few mins but someone will be out. I said OK no problem. It is now 8:30 I'm parked rite outside their side door. The only reason I'm not going in is b/c I ran out w/out shoes. I called was told Well ur gonna have to wait a bit longer b/c we're really backed up. I said no one can meet me at the side door, they don't even have to come out i'll walk up to the door. She says nope your gonna have to wait a little longer. Now its 8:40pm. REALLY? R THESE KIDS SERIOUS?

Ordered off doordash for 8 people. They didnt give any of the proper sizes or waffle cones. Paid 35 extra and they didnt include it. Never again, I should dispute the charges!

Why is the delivery minimum $20? You're not forcing me to buy more ice cream, you're just losing my business.

Check 34, online order, picked up at 3:15pm. Ordered 3 items. One of the items was an “ours” size peanut butter awesome sauce. Scrolled down and selected an additional mix in which I chose peanut butter sauce, of course pay extra for that. I get home and there is hardly any Reese’s or peanut butter sauce in the entire quart. Basically a large vanilla quart with a minimal amount of candy and sauce mixed in. So what am I gonna do, call the store to complain to the kids working? Drive back over there from Richwood and get another one in the rain. Nah. I’ll leave this review here. If someone wants to contact me for a refund or whatever, leave your contact info here. Otherwise I just won’t order here again.

Been going for years…quality and service is consistently top-notch. You can tell the owners, management, and staff genuinely care. Is also our go-to place for ice cream birthday cakes. Their freezers are always full of many grab and go choices but they will also let you create your own with enough notice.
