Give it a try, even if you don?t normally like cauliflower. The waitress was nice and attentive. The bar is stockedwith enough to meet anyones needs. The lighting makes for an intimate and relaxing environment. Would recommend.

We ordered... read more First time visiting Holston's Kitchen and we absolutely loved it! The spinach and artichoke dip was fantastic—we polished off the entire bread bowl. We ordered the 12 oz ribeye and fried shrimp. Both were delicious, though my husband wishes the steak was a bit larger than 12 oz. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the sides fell short. The baked potato was slightly burnt but still too firm, the rice pilaf was undercooked, and the broccoli was cold and quite hard—I prefer mine steamed until tender. The atmosphere and service were excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

We started with the loaded nachos, which were absolutely delicious! Our food arrived quickly, and our iced tea glasses were always kept full. The Cajun pasta was flavorful and had a nice level of spice. We will definitely be returning!
