Never had a worse experience at a Chipotle. Sadly, the manager must have been absent today.

When asked for exchange t... read more Poor quality of food served with hygiene practice of wearing gloves while preparing/serving the meal. Nachos were not properly cooked. When asked for exchange they replaced but even the other bag has half improper cooked stuff. See the below image withcheese for their quality and way they serve. Not so friendly staff in reality but does try to maintain for formality. Ambianceis neat. Tables are well maintained.

Their pop machine area was so dirty drinks were splattered all over the fork cups. Very un healthy atmosphere especially coming out of covid. All thetrash cans were overflowing and stuff on the floors, all the tables were dirty we had to eat in our vehicle. Piled up trayscovered with food at the trash cans.
