Unfortunately, the restaurant was closing the day after we visited, so there was no food or beer available. It was a disappointment as the place had the potential to be a charming pub.
We found the 6 course tasting meal on Groupon and it was just lovely! Every single course tasted amazing, the last course was the dessert which they said hadn't set yet so had the chocolate soufflé instead, which we was happy with and tasted so good! The service was great too. We were the only people in the restaurant as it was an afternoon booking that we had but we throughougly enjoyed it.
Great venue 4 a show. Hope its around a long time .
We had a great time at the charity event with the Sevenoaks motorcycle club. The atmosphere was lovely. The only downside was the food - the burgers could have been cooked more and some onion added, and the pulled pork could have used some applesauce. Despite that, we will definitely be attending again next year.
Had the tasting menu last night and it was amazing. The service was friendly and prompt. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return.
