Took my mum for lunch and a look round the store and we had a lovely time! The food was lovely and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back soon … View all feedback.
What MissRoweLondon doesn't like about Blueberry Cafe:
The restaurant charges £10.95 for a Cornish pasty. After seeing the price on the bill, we inquired about what was included for that amount...only a side salad and slaw! The pasty was dry and unappetizing, making it seem very overpriced for a cafe in a garden center. View all feedback.

The cafe is worth the effort to find, but the setup feels like navigating through an airport departure lounge. You have to weave through furniture, barbecues, and various items for sale before reaching the outdoor seating area and finally entering the cafe. Once inside, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting.
The restaurant had a rude, arrogant waitress who was excessively spraying tables with so much spray that it was difficult to breathe. Everyone was sneezing from the overwhelming amount of spray. The waitress explained that they had to use a large amount of spray due to Covid regulations. Despite there being plenty of space at the back of the cafe, they seated us all together in a small area. The waitress scolded our children for standing up and then proceeded to gossip about us to other staff members. We waited half an hour for our overpriced coffees. When I said we wouldn't be coming back, the waitress replied "GOOD." Overall, the service was absolutely terrible and the prices were too high. I definitely would not recommend going back.
It’s a great little cafe for cake and a coffee. Does do other food but the choice is limited. I recommend it.
Went for the nature trail and followed up with lunch in the Blueberry cafe with a group of friends and their kids. The main issue here is the ridiculous understaffing and a lack of management. There were mostly teenagers on staff with half wandering around like they'd forgotten where they were and the other half desperately trying to pick up the slack. Over 20 minutes we queued to be served only to then be told there would be a wait on food. I figured if the place was full then fair enough but less than half the seats were filled. The only reason this review has got two stars instead of one is the sterling work of the young lady on the till at 13:00 on Sunday 3rd Nov. She was only a young girl but the only one keeping the chaos in some order. Promote her or pay her a lot of money because without her you will be closed in a week! The food arrived luke warm and in very small portions considering the price. I did not have the time or the energy to queue up to complain. You need . More than one till. . A manager coordinating the team. . Some extreme staff training. . A review of your menus and either your portions or your pricing. . And someone to remind the other half of your staff what customer service is. Not impressed and (as is obvious from this review) I do NOT recommend.
