We go to Sunshine grill each time we visit the island we visit one to two times a year to stay with family) and are never disappointed with the fish tacos! Nice touch is the complimentary small ice cream cone to finish. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sunshine Grill:
Service was not good. Not friendly either. The food was average at best. Once the food arrived no one bothered to come and check on us …. Took us three requests to get a coffee refill which came after we finished our meal. Mind you there are only a handful of tables and an abundance of wait staff…. Just didn’t make sense for the lack of friendly service. View all feedback.

We come back here, multiple times, every time we visit Grand Cayman. It is so delicious and dependable!
The veggie burger was beyond this world! Great staff.
