Tillies is our new favorite restaurant in Grand Cayman! The bread alone is worth the visit as it’s served wbutter and a spicy coconut mixture that is fabulous. We also think the ceviche is the best we’ve had. The greens side dish was great too. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back

When you go to Tillie’s you are greeted by a warm smiles pretty girl named Gaga!! She is always sweet helpful!!!We had breakfast, lunch there and by our beach chairs at Palm Heights, the hotel on sight and dinner!! Really enjoyed the empanadas, escoviche, and salads!! Currys and different bowls with a protein,and chickpeas,sweet potato and kale were delish!! The ambience was extraordinary!!! Either outside on the beach or beautifully decorated inside you can’t go wrong!

Our waiter was wonderful and very friendly. The food was exceptional. Nice white tablecloth atmosphere. We sat at a front table facing the ocean so the view was good. However, they are a lot of people sitting in front of the restaurant at all times on the beach so our view was mainly people. This was around There was also a lot of noise coming from the beach area. Tillie's has live music starting around Again, food was wonderful and so was the staff. We paid over for our meal which included one appetizer, two main dishes with one side per dish and two beers. The main course and all sides are à la carte. We DO recommend here and will go back
