Zeko - Seven Hills

Family style somewhat upmarket cafe atmosphere. Genuinely friendly and professional staff. I ordered the waitress recommendations that included sizzling seafood pot ($18), veal funghetti ($30) and Tiramisu ($12) and all were very tasty. Slightly diasppointed the sizzling seafood was a smallish portion for the price but it came with a welcome slice of crunchy bread to mop up the garlic infused oil. The veal was very tender and tasty and the accompanying mixed salad offset the creaminess of the veal's creamy sauce quite nicely. Dessert menu was rather limited for a Friday night and included a number of pre-packaged Italian style frozen ice cream desserts however the recommended Tiramisu was restaurant made, authentic and absolutely delicious. It was made with the original Savioardi biscuits which is rarely used these days.I would give this restaurant 5 out of 5 had it not been for the smallish seafood serving and the very cold draft through the restaurant that wasn't noticed by the staff who were busy and probably felt quite warm near the kitchen area. People wearing scarves and coats inside possibly should have been attentive to this. In fairness it was pointed out that one of the aircon was indeed on (but not warm enough to heat the whole restaurant). On a not so cold night it would have been more comfortable.Overall, it just missed out on a 5/5 rating and I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return sooner rather than later.

We had a great food experience last night with fabulous food and service all night. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the meals were generous and delicious. The mix of Mediterranean food made choosing difficult but we all really enjoyed our food.

I went with my family for my sister's birthday dinner. We had 8 people in our party and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service the staff were very friendly and knew the menu so well with great recommendations. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing to have excellent food excellent prices and great customer service. Would differently be going again.Thank you for an excellent experience.

Friendly greeting on arrival and offered drinks on being seated. Very attentive service. The food was served hot, well presented and very tasty. Even though it got busy as the evening progressed, the attentive, friendly service was always there. Finished the evening with coffee and home made tiramisu, excellent. We will definately be going back!

This restaurant is a hidden gem . The service from Diana is top class . It's always welcoming whether I'm dining alone , with family or friends . The menu is top notch and always well presented . Breakfast and dinner always have a great variety of meals . The coffee is also great !Thanks to all the staff at Zeko !
