Hungry Jack's - Seven Hills

Had our daughter's 6th birthday party here. The party room was compact but the two party hosts were exceptionally brilliant. They not only kept the 20 odd kids busy with back to back games but also ensured that the accompanying adults were attended to as well. Will certainly recommend for kids parties.

I live near the hungry jacks and whenever I go in the staff are always rude and unhappy. The floor is always dirty, it looks like it hasn't been mopped in a month. Bad service, train your staff properly!

This has to be the worst Hungry Jacks that I have ever visited. This is actually my local one and I always think that the service will improve BUT it never does.The service is always poor often with the staff either not being able to get your order right when you are trying to place the order OR they get it wrong when compiling the order for you.There is always something either missing from the order or else it is something totally wrong that you didn't order at all. They never seem to have anything in stock, you either can't get a certain size drink because they don't have that size cup in stock or they don't actually have the drink in stock. Really? How can a fast food restaurant constantly be out of things like this?They will make up a part order and leave it stand on the bench while waiting for the rest of the order to be made, leaving the food to get cold. On a few occasions when I have pointed this out, it has been met with a shrug or just totally ignored.The staff need to be trained in better customer service because they don't listen when you are placing an order or are too busy chatting amongst themselves to even take an order.The food itself looks more like it has been thrown into the containers than actually placed, it is usually cold and not terribly appealing.So I have learnt NOT to go to this particular Hungry Jacks again and thought I should warn you all to keep on driving since there is other fast food restaurants just down the street.

Guess: I would rate it 4.7 why? that was great. super juicy and delicious. That was great. the burger was also quite good. the only reason why the rating is at 5 is because of the chips. the chips were not so good, had hardly anything to season. otherwise I want to be here several times. would definitely recommend.

I didn't see unprofessional business manager Manpreet in my life. She missed some articles from my order and no excuses. Their attitude was rude and abrasive. Never go back.
