Sehr schöne hohe Räume mit Blick auf den Canal. Aufmerksamer, sympathischer Service. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Wir teilten uns ein "Carpaccio de poulpe" als Vorspeise. Beide Hauptgerichte "Turbot roti aux asperges" und "Ris de veau" waren fein gekocht und angerichtet und sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Weinkarte bietet eine gute regionale Auswahl.
The restaurant is in the large and old fashioned Grand Hotel. It is a magnificent room on the ground floor and the tables, cutlery and ambience are all of a high and fine standard. The service was superb, my oysters perfect and our main course of lobster quite excellent. The wine waiter chose a very modestly priced pinot noir from the Herault district that was delicious. A memorable meal and perfect evening.
