The staff speak a little English but are very polite and helpful. The restaurant has an olde world charm that was reflected in the manners of the young maitre de'. I look forward to going back.

My meal of mixed sausage turned out to be a... read more Lovely surroundings great service. We ordered off the English menu but definitely something was lost in translation. My meal of mixed sausage turned out to be a salami salad , my wife's noodle soup ended up as pork meat soup with pasta. Somebody else ended up with pig's trotters. All very nice but not what we expected. Price very reasonable and service was great.

I passed this on arrival and was disappointed it wasn't open in the evenings, but on the spur of the moment we popped in for lunch on our last day. Boy oh boy, it's phenomenal. We both had the day's special, local lamb. They must have been the most relaxed sheep in the world before being chucked on our plates utterly succulent and cooked beautifully. Washed down with included Tempranillo, I waddled away a happy woman.
