I started with the garlic bread with guacamole as an appetizer and then tried the callaloo and plantain wrap for my main dish. My friend ordered the vital ital stew with white rice, garlic bread, and salsa. Another friend had the veggie yassa with plantain and a veggie pattie, while my best friend opted for the vegetarian pizza. The food was fantastic, tasty, and filling. The staff was friendly and the owner was very kind. We visited on a Monday and had a blast with the karaoke. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back a few more times before the holidays. I would give them 5 stars if I could, but since only 4 stars are available, that's what I'll give.

We waited an hour just to receive our meals, which were disappointingly small portions of vegetables, steamed dishes, and salads. For the same price, you can enjoy much better food elsewhere in Gambia.

One... read more I went to this restaurant with some friends for a party. I started with garlic bread and guacamole as an appetizer, then had the Callaloo and Plantain Wrap. One friend ordered Vital Ital Stew with peas, white rice, garlic bread, and salsa. Another friend had veggie yassa with plantain and a veggie pattie, and my best friend chose the vegetarian pizza. The food was fantastic, tasty, and filling. The staff was friendly and the owner was very kind. Our server was also excellent. We visited on a Monday and had a great time with karaoke. I highly recommend this place and plan to come back several times before the holidays. I would give them 5 stars, but unfortunately only 4 are available. #Veganuary
