We met the owner, Vincenzo, a die-hard foodie and chef obsessed with the quality of ingredients. Try the Pietanza Bonifacio VII, never tasted anything like it. Homemade desserts mmmmmm. La terrazza panoramica è spettacolare, sembra di avere una casa terrazza con casualmente un ristorante annesso. Vincenzo è una persona notevole, con un bagaglio culturale su cibo e ingredienti mai visto. La Pietanza Bonifacio VII era saporitissima e però stranamente bilanciata. I dolci fatti in casa erano perfetti. Straconsigliabile.

Porcini mushrooms were in season and served generously, fresh and very tasty. If you have not tried fresh porcini (available only dried at home) you are in for a treat. Truffles also offered here. Very good overall.
