There were four of us, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. Guinness is available here. The drinks took a while to arrive, but the food arrived shortly after. The chicken burger was much appreciated, and the fish and chips were some of the best we've had in Europe so far. The desserts were also very good, and this will definitely become a place we return to often when we're in the area. What at first seemed intimidating was actually a friendly and welcoming bar. We were a party of four, and the staff were attentive and pleasant throughout. Guinness is served here. Drinks took a little while to arrive, but the food followed shortly after. The chicken burger was a big hit, and the fish and chips were some of the best we've had in Europe to date. Desserts were also very good, and we will definitely be making this a regular stop whilst in the area.

The sandwiches are very good, made with quality ingredients and served in generous portions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and service is quite fast even at peak times, allowing you to enjoy the evening without long waits. Parking right in front of the venue is also very convenient. Recommended for those looking for a casual pub with good food, generous portions, and friendly service.
