Beautifully put together, with a considered nod to the environment, sustainability, etc., and impressive project on many fronts. The restaurant is bamboo construction, open sided, high ceilings, very spacious. Great food a and attentive service from the local team, plus they grow a lot of the vegetables in their own gardens, on site. Also a huge open kitchen at the back, which they will invite you to take a look around if you show interest. Maybe a stretch to justify the journey up from Seminyak for dinner, but if you're in the area, certainly worth a visit.

But it would be nice if some of the staff members could show you around if you are planning to make a reservation. The place looks nice anyway.
