Caffetteria Parrella - Feedback

What Alessia Mignola doesn't like about Caffetteria Parrella:
Today we bought these desserts because we spent two days in a cabin in that area, we were not customers but tourists. Attracted by the 5 stars we decided to stop and take a little small pastry. Everything was definitely soft and not crisp, not fresh, the cream was yellow and dry, the fruit was marching and the flavor of the cannole to bitter Sicilian. Simple and essential premises. The owner is of a few words but very kind and discreet. In this cafeteria I could, not eat, but probably taste the best donut with the hole of my life. There is also much more but very good but the zeppo so they call it there is something unique. It is fried but extraordinarily light, soft but cooked to perfection.
