I ordered the sheff,s seafood risotto assuming it is the star of the menu. The rice had pools of liquid, like it was delutes and not mixed properly, all round shells were empty, no even indication that there was meat in them recently, black mussels were also mostly empty, risotto had several tiny tiny shrimps .
