I received a well-crafted response from them, apologizing for the less than satisfactory experience I had at their establishment. The owner acknowledged that the food preparation during my visit did not meet my expectations and expressed regret that they had disappointed me. They mentioned that sometimes their team rushes through order preparation, but assured me that their employees are trained on strict food preparation guidelines. The owner shared my feedback with the restaurant team to prevent similar issues in the future. Despite the mistake, the owner thanked me for choosing their restaurant and expressed hope to see me again soon. I later received the same email from them again, indicating that this may be a common issue at the restaurant.

I ordered the chicken breast on the Italian bread, but they were out of chicken breast. So I ordered the turkey cut into bite-sized pieces that I thought could fall out of the sandwich. However, that was not the case, but maybe because I had it toasted. It was pretty good.

I used to enjoy their chicken breast on Italian bread, but they don’t offer that anymore. Instead, I ordered the turkey, which I thought might spill out of the sandwich since it was cut into pieces. Surprisingly, it stayed intact, possibly because I melted the cheese on top of it. Overall, it was pretty good!

While the food was typical for a metro diner, it was the incredible service that made the visit worthwhile. Both my son and I found ourselves smiling and laughing while they prepared our sandwiches, which was no small feat after a long day of shopping!
