While visiting the Miami area, which has its fair share of average Mexican cuisine, I spotted a highway sign for this restaurant. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try. I ordered the enchiladas, and my husband had the carne asada. My only complaint was the beans; next time, I’ll just go for the refried beans. Overall, it’s definitely worth dining here, and our waitress was very friendly!

It's a great choice for those watching their carbs, but be sure to skip the delicious tortilla chips with refried beans that come with it! I've been coming to Mole' for a while now, and what truly stands out about this place is the staff. They're always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do!
