The pizza isn't pizza because there's no tomato sauce or crème fraîche. It's a bruschetta spread with ham and mozzarella, but it's very, very dry. €6 for a slice of pizza, but bruschetta? Or €19 for a slice of toast sold as a pizza. The VAT is 10%, but you pay €2 per person extra, or €9 VAT and €8 for cutlery. Apparently, this is commonplace in tourist restaurants in Italy, but not in neighboring restaurants like Mestre, 10 kilometers away. €100 for a snack for 4 without dessert, just a drink and food.
