The food was delicious and it's a convenient option for those who are short on time or don't have access to a kitchen (like in my dorm). Although a bit expensive, I wish the portions were larger for the price. Overall, a great experience!

They always arrive promptly the day after I order. The only downside is that the packaging is harmful to the environment. I hope they consider hiring a sustainable packaging engineer to find a solution for keeping the food cool without using styrofoam. It would also be great if they used biodegradable plastic. The taste of the food is top-notch, but the styrofoam packaging is a drawback. I wish they offered gooey chocolate chip cookies, similar to Nestle but from a more ethical company.
