Pyeongsangshi - Seoul

Unbeatable the best vegan and non vegan cheesecake I have had! Makes it worth the commute for sure. The price is normal for Seoul with 8k per piece. The texture and the taste are out of this world. The bottom layer of the cake is very crispy like cookies but better and thin. Then the strawberries in it have a perfect texture and the the piece is generous as well. They decorated it with more strawberries (perfectly ripe) just outstanding. Seating is in a big room with huge windows making it a nice place to hang out even though the seats aren’t the most comfy ones. Free wifi and infused water. Location is far, but it’s worth it. Service is good, but not very warm or overly chatty But I enjoyed the cake The cake was gluten free as well!

Their baked cheesecake is the best I've ever had in my life. I literally travel an hour here just for their cheesecake. It's creamy, tangy, and has a great biscuit base. 10/10. My favourite coffee is their lavender latte, but they also do a lovely regular latte. Just make sure you say soy milk because they do offer dairy milk. Everything is really delicious and totally worth the trip.

There are just so many bakery and coffee drink options, it's difficult to choose. Everything is delicious.

Yeah, the cakes are great. Miss has her in mapo. it is always worth coming here. do not really understand why they use cow milk as standard. please for plant-based milk.

This is one of the best places to get baked were in seoul. huge fan of all her tort, cheesecake, brownies and the victoria sponge cake. Carrot cake is also very good, but heavy on the walnuts. they have some unique drinks like lavender latte. this position is quite a small space, can be occupied, and was historically underoccupied. all photos in my review come from a former location. - 1 star as they serve cow milk in drinks.
