We were in Porto for a few days before starting our Camino. We decided to prepare by travelling on the metro system to the departure point of the Camino. We were a little confused and out from the restaurant came a gentlemen who told us what direction to go in. I came from Canada just to eat here! The food is very good and fresh. Service is impeccable. I will be coming back for sure!

We were a little confused and out from the restaurant came a gentlemen who told us what direction to go in. We walked the boardwalk, along the coast, and then returned to the restaurant to have lunch. We met up with the same gentleman and sat and had a lovely lunch, at his suggestion, the menu of the day which was a traditional meal of sardines. Delicious! Friendly service and good food....a wonderful surprise!
The best experience in Portuguese cuisine in Leça da Palmeira e Matosinhos. snacks typical cuisine and beer seafood and fresh fish...
