I understand bei... read more Steak sandwich is the best! Home fries are great as well. Service is slow. Took one and a half hours to get our food from the time we sat down. I understand being busy and short on staff but I feel you should be honest and tell people the time it will take. Maybe only seat the number of tables you have the wait staff to serve and the kitchen can handle in a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress tried her best but was very busy and it was hard to get drinks and the condiments I wanted to enjoy my food. She was very apologetic, but it really wasn't her fault. Like I said she did her best. You will enjoy the good but it will take some time to get it so be prepared.

There was a time when th... read more I visited the Dockside again, and once more, they were out of various menu items. This morning, they didn't have any hollandaise sauce. There was a time when they were out of hamburgers, and another time when they didn't have blue cheese. With Eggs Benedict being a new addition to the menu, it seems strange that they wouldn't have hollandaise sauce available. Even though this is the only restaurant on the lake, it's consistently disappointing. They had the ingredients to prepare the hollandaise, and we even asked the waitress to check with the chef about making it. The manager seemed indifferent and always has an excuse. I won't be dining here again.
