As a chef i know food and let me tell you something there food is outstanding me and my wife go here one time a week to get the one of the best burgers around keep up the good work
I have been to Many restaurants in the Finger Lakes region. Penny's has the best food at the best price, friendly people and always go that extra step to make you feel right at home. When there is a line out the door and people don't mind waiting, you know you're at the right place. :-D
Nice family diner at a good price, been going for years !
Awesome place! Sundays are all breakfast which really made it worthwhile.
