Over the years, this has been a go to in our area. I remember it was one of my mom's favorites when we were younger, and we'd frequent the restaurant for special occasions. In 2011, my whole shift came to an all you can eat crab event. So many good memories over the years. It's still a good place to eat, but the quality is slipping a bit. What Ricardo Cornejo doesn't like about Ye Olde Sandwich Shoppe:
Went in as a party of three, we were seated and served drinks, were warned it may take some time to get our food order taken because the cook is new... Left after a twenty minute wait. Free tea wasn't bad I guess View all feedback.
After a decade of missing their sandwiches, I was able to return to an old favorite stop of mine and they were still as I remembered...my wife had never been there as I always taking a late lunch on those days when the days seemed 36 hour long...So if you have a chance. Drop round and have a nice meal with great folks..
After working outside all day call in and order was told 10 minutes I get there and had to wait a few minutes wasn't happy but after getting home it was worth the wait
Got grilled chicken dinner it taste burnt an no seasoning
Of course I only stopped for ice cream but based on reviews I've seen about their food I assume it is very good. I will be back this week to try it for sure, the milkshake I got was very good and for 6$ I would choose it over for example Chick-fil-A milkshakes. The people here are nice and give you that small town feel which we are losing in our every day life. We need to keep places like this open because there's nothing like a corner sandwich shop when you're hungry
The food comes out quick, the waitress we had was outstanding and love the old-look of atmosphere!!!
