Just stood there for nearly 3... read more Food is always old and dry and tastes horrible. That is if you ever get your order taken. Or even get acknowledged at the counter. Just stood there for nearly 30 min waiting while manager would look over at us all but never once spoke or bothered to come take our orders. She 's always rude and disrespectful. Plus they were back there packing up orders for drive thru with no gloves on after they had touched all kinds of stuff. So nasty!!! Learn to follow the health guidelines people!! We all walked out. Oh and even tho they close at 10 pm, don 't expect hardly anything after 9 pm except what they have leftover cuz they have already shut the kitchen down. I can 't believe how they let this store be ran! Not to mention how dirty the restroom was and the dining area. They always saying short-staffed but let me tell you, 3 people is not short staffed. That is plenty is you hustle and do your job. I did it for years because that 's all we ever had working at once. Just ridiculous!!

We then went to the window and saw an employee, but they looked at us and completely ignored us.... read more I went through the drive-thru at 6:50 PM, but no one answered. We then went to the window and saw an employee, but they looked at us and completely ignored us. The restaurant wasn't busy at all; we noticed about four staff members walking around, and each one of them also ignored us. We tried a second time, but the same thing happened. The service was terrible.
