I placed an online order on October 17, 2022, specifically requesting all my condiments on the side since I work third shift and planned to eat around 3 a.m. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order before picking it up, and to my disappointment, everything was already assembled. Now I’m stuck with a soggy sandwich for lunch tonight! I’m really frustrated about this. Thank you very much.
This Subway location is quite disappointing. The employees seem exhausted, the sandwich-making area is disorganized, and overall, it doesn't live up to the standards usually associated with the brand. There's a noticeable lack of quality control; the staff seems to randomly grab ingredients without much care, and the vegetables, like the spinach, appear old and mixed together. It's truly unfortunate to see such poor conditions. The franchise owner should really reconsider this location's management. I would definitely not choose to eat here again!
The restaurant has been great in the past, but unfortunately, I couldn't place an order this time. A new traffic signal and the median in the center of the road now make it difficult to access while driving towards Seneca. The only way to reach it is by turning into the new condo complex.
I went in to get a large drink, and to my surprise, one of the employees told me I could take one for free. It really made my day! I've been managing diabetes, and my recent A1C levels have been high, which has been emotionally challenging. This employee's kindness, no matter how small, meant a lot to me. It reminded me that there are still good people in the world. Thank you, Subway employee!
We placed our order using the app, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. My wife’s sandwich was not prepared as we requested. When we let the manager know we were there to pick up our order, they instructed the staff to make our sandwich, but unfortunately, the staff prioritized drive-thru orders instead.
