Bojangles - Seneca

Luckily I pulled over and checked my drive-through take out meal before leaving the premises. Not only did they mess up my order, they didn't have the proper ingredients to correct it for another 15 minutes. Spoke with a manager which appeared to be a completely unacceptable representative for any fast food chain. A complete slob. Thank you for reminding me why I normally pack my lunch and avoid fast food. Completely terrible and unacceptable experience.

Bojangles done their self in. I explained at the drive-thru exactly what I wanted. They explain to me they were awake on that item. I asked him what was there a no waiting on they explained I ordered. After getting to the window that was still awake a 15 minute wait. When food was brought to me it was wrong. And they try to explain to me that it was right and I said no it was wrong. When you try to prove your customer wrong but your customer proves you wrong and you don't want to accept that you are wrong therefore you make the company look bad. Your customer makes your paycheck for you without a customer you have a job. Put the energy back in when you first got the job and continue to put the energy in. They are still one good guy that works there he works second shift and as a manager. But still the other employees. Cannot call corporate they do not call you back they are all about making the money not making happy customers Hardee's is right down the road that's where I go now.

I really go here for two items. The chicken sandwich, which is bigger and better than Chick-fil-a and the sweet potato turn over. I don't understand why people pile up for a mile at Chick-fil-a when this is also a comparable option.

This place is run by kids. Employees were sleeping in the booths. There was gossip about being choked from one of the employees. This store is better than Walhalla but BoJangles really needs to get their stores in order.

This was my 3rd time stopping at this particular location and I will starve before I stop here again. I understand now why they never have any business and it?s always dead. The food is horrible. My fries were so hard they could have broke my teeth. Never will I go there again!!!! Management must not really care!
