**Dining Experience Review: Applebee's of Seneca**
Applebee's of Seneca offers an intriguing yet mixed dining experience. While the food received praise—especially the burgers, ribs, and desserts—service inconsistencies and cleanliness issues persist. Some patrons noted well-prepared dishes and quick service, while others faced delays and staff communication problems. Despite the lively atmosphere and commendable hospitality from certain team members, concerns over restroom hygiene and staff inexperience highlight the need for improvements. Overall, guests appreciate the menu's potential, but many feel that a focus on service training and facility upkeep could elevate their experience to the next level.

I used to really enjoy dining at this restaurant, but after my experience on Father's Day, I'm hesitant to return. I took my husband there, and while we both ordered our meals, I found a hair in my salad, which was really unpleasant. I informed the waiter about it, and although she went to check in the back, I was still charged for the salad. In total, we spent almost a hundred dollars on food to take home, and I even ended up giving some to my dog. It was off-putting to see the male staff not wearing hair nets or beard nets. It's important for everyone to keep their hair secured when working in food service, just like the female staff does.
I placed an order online as I walk in the online lady name Pauline got real snappy with me because I simply was trying to figure out if I could pay for my order earlier. She explained to me that she could not even allow me to pay for my order because the order has not came to the kitchen yet but I’m lil confused because she could tell me my order and exactly what I order .. if she would have been polite about the process and not catch a attitude with me like I already know I would have just continue to wait for my food but I left and didn’t even trust to eat the food
It was a pleasant experience with wonderful company! However, I found it a bit pricey for lunch.
Waitress refused to move us to a booth after we sacrificed a hard back bar chair to sit comfortably. Told us their were people waiting on it but it sat empty for a good while and the one behind it. Plus nobody up front waiting at all. Then both our steaks came out horrible and had to send em back. All the while our other food was getting cold while waiting. Steaks came back and husband's was full of fat and mine was supposed to have parmesan but nope. Lesson learned
