There is indeed one vegan option of root vegetable ramen and it's absolutely delicious. You have to put your money in a machine and choose the ramen you want, the ticket comes out and you hand that to the staff. There is an English menu available, just ask the staff.
Like others have pointed out, there is only one vegan option on the menu which is clearly labeled (an English menu is also available). I personally thought it was delicious, with a perfect balance of salty and peppery flavors, and I didn't mind the slight oiliness. It was very comforting and one of the few vegan options available for dinner. I really enjoyed it and would have given it 5 stars if the app allowed me to do so.
I really liked the vegetable noodle dish at this restaurant. The noodles were thick and the broth had a perfect level of saltiness. It was quite satisfying overall. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Sendai Station. The price has increased to 950 yen.
We have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. We love the convenience of ordering from ticket machines, enjoying complimentary water, and savoring the delicious Ramen!

We visited on a Tuesday night when no other restaurants were open. They offer a delicious vegan menu. Just a heads up, none of the staff speaks English. There is no available parking for customers, so if you drive, you will need to park in a nearby lot.
Dashiro is considered the top ramen spot in Sendai by many. I decided to give it a try after hearing about their impressive vegan options. The dish was packed with tasty ingredients like mushrooms, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. The broth was flavorful and spicy, although a tad greasy for my liking. And at just 850 yen, the ramen was definitely a great deal.
