Island Fin Poke Company Winter Springs

Fresh and delicious poke in a clean and well maintained seating area. I had a spicy tuna white rice bowl with the OG sauce. Each flavor of the toppings complimented each other, and was the tuna was perfectly seasoned. Employees took their time to explain the menu and sauces, offered drink refills, and even took the trash out of the way for me. 10/10 will be returning.

I was really excited to see a Poke restaurant coming soon that is close to home and I was really looking forward to trying it. This afternoon, I had to say goodbye to my 17 yr old cat so I decided to go see if they were open, for some comfort food. I have to say, not only did they not disappoint, the owner, James, not knowing my state of mind, brought out a sample Dole Whip (ice-cream) to try after my meal which made my day! GREAT customer service! The staff waspersonable and friendly, James explained each sauce and ingredient, which were all fresh and well presented and super delicious. Before even taking a bite, I knew I'd return so I signed up for their loyalty program!

Super excited to try this new restaurant! The owner and staff are great! Very impressed with the quality of the tuna, one of my faves, and the freshness and variety of toppings! If you don't like fish, get the chicken option. Still a win, win! You're gonna love it! I truly hope this place becomes a staple in our community and wish them lots of success! Now go get some poke, mon! ????

Great experience. The staff was helpful while ordering, followed up with us, and gave us some free ice cream samples. My 5 year old loves Poke bowls. I wasn't sure what to expect from the food, but I was really pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my Poke Bowl. We will definitely be back to this location.
