I have an order from this PizzaHut location about 10 times since I moved from Illinois a few months ago. This location is very clean, the staff is very friendly. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I ordered my food four hours ago and called three times. Every time they say it's on the way and it's there in 10 to 15 minutes. Now they are closed and still no food. The part that sucks my card even more. View all feedback.
My husband an I tried to order delivery which would have been a quite of bit of pizza hut just lost because the cashier told us they won't deliver the 9 miles we live away from the store ....pizza hut won't be getting anymore of my buisness thanks to this experience .I know being a store General Manager myself you should always make your customers experience a good one ..that place needs better customer service in a bad way!very much displeased !

I’ve sometimes had issues with my order—sorry about that! I usually request the Spicy Garlic sauce on the side, but it's often not listed in the register, so they accidentally mark it as buffalo sauce or something else. What can I do? I really appreciate the warm hospitality, and Amanda, the manager, is always so kind! You only receive the correct items if they’re available or if they can substitute it. The waiting times are reasonable, especially since they are one of only three pizza places in the city. To sum up: super friendly staff, great food, amazing management, and understandable wait times.
One of the employees eventually approached me to let me know that they had forgotten one of my pizzas, which meant I would have to wait even longer. After an additional 20 minutes, my pizza was finally brought out. However, upon returning home, I discovered that I had received a completely different pizza than what I had ordered. I had checked the order before leaving, but after such a long wait, I was exhausted and just wanted to leave, which may have led to my oversight. The level of professionalism was disappointing, and it’s clear that there needs to be better management in place to address these issues. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my pizza, only to receive the wrong order, which feels completely unacceptable. Given the poor service and the incorrect pizzas, we will not be returning.
