What User doesn't like about Top O' The River:
The service was lacking, some of the food was cold, and the kartoffel I ordered was dry but tasty. It was strange. The waitress assigned to my table seemed to be preoccupied and did not provide the necessary items such as my tea, napkins, and To-Go box at the end of the meal. When I was asked how everything was, the girl at the counter seemed unresponsive and distracted by her phone. I felt neglected and unimportant.... View all feedback.
The amazing service and food were both fantastic. I have no complaints. I really enjoyed the onions and cornbread. The chicken and shrimp were delicious. Definitely worth the money.
The restroom was dirty and the food was not prepared as requested. The prices were too high for the poor quality of the dishes.
Compared to the dog food we were fed in Wisconsin as new residents of TN I love this place !
The food at this restaurant is excellent, with fast and friendly service. It was our first time trying it out, and the drive was definitely worth it.
Overall it was good, the service was great and everyone was really friendly. I wasn't impressed with the catfish, but everything else was amazing.
